It can be hard to get back into the swing of creating your dream life after a break, when you feel lost, disconnected and unsure of where you're going, or what the next steps could be.

I have found that a simple ritual is the best way to get back on track, both energetically and practically.

In this workshop, I'm sharing the ritual that my spirit team Avalon have me go through after times of disconnect, whether that's a holiday or an unplanned (and undesired!) slump.
